Attorney Waverly R. Nolley’s mission is to provide unparalleled legal counsel for severely injured victims of corporate and other reckless misconduct. His results tell the story. Armed with the resources to do battle with the most powerful entities in the world, Attorney Nolley is dedicated to providing quality legal service for his clients.

Waverly R. Nolley completed fellowships at Washburn University Law Center before earning the Doctor of Jurisprudence law degree from the University of Houston Law in 1985.

Upon receiving his law license from the State Bar of Texas, Mr. Nolley accepted an attorney position with a Houston Personal Injury Plaintiff’s firm He started his own personal injury practice in 1987 and has been involved in a number of multimillion-dollar settlements for his clients. He has been featured on behalf of his clients on NBC’s Today Show, Geraldo Rivera, CNBC, Save Our Streets, City Under Siege and all local news stations, including ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC.

Mr. Nolley is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and before United States District Courts in the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of American, Texas Trial Lawyers and the Houston Lawyers Association. He is married to Pamela Shields Nolley and has one child, Leslie Nolley.
